To add limits to cards you need to go to the Cards page and click "Add new"

After that, you can select the limits for that card and click Create card

If you want to edit limits into an existing card you can go to the card details page by clicking the card.

After selecting Edit Card from the dropdown

Update the limits and click Save updates
