The Transactions page in your Novel dashboard allows you to easily keep track of all the money coming in and going out of your account.

Here's how to get started using the Transactions page:

  1. Log in to your Novel Dashboard

  2. Select 'Transactions' on the left side panel of your screen.

  3. Once on the Transactions page, you will be able to see your most recent transactions, along with their details (date, payment method, amount, etc.)

  4. To get more details for a transaction, such as the description, destination currency/amount, and status, simply click on the transaction.

  5. To download a receipt for a transaction, click the three vertical dots at the right, and click 'Receipt' to download.

Filtering Transactions by Date

  1. Transactions will be listed from most recent to oldest, with the default period being month-to-date. At the bottom of your screen, you can tab through the pages of transactions for the period by clicking the page number or the arrow.

  2. To adjust the period, click the drop down showing dates at the top of your screen. Here you will have the option to view transactions from the year-to-date, the last 7 days, yesterday, or today. To set a custom date range, click a start date on the calendar, then click on an end date. You can use the calendar arrows to select the start and end date months.

Filtering Transactions by Payment Method, Amount, and Status

  1. To filter transactions by their payment method, click the payment method drop down at the top of your screen, and select the option you want to view transactions for.

  2. To filter transactions by amount, click 'More filters' located at the top of your screen next to the keyword search box. Then, click the amount drop down and enter the minimum and maximum values of the transactions you'd like to view.

  3. To filter transactions by their status, click the status drop down and select one of the options to view transactions with that status.

  • Keep in mind that all of these filters can be used simultaneously, giving you more control when it comes to tracking your transactions quickly and efficiently.

Transaction Search

  1. To search for a transaction, simply enter the name of the recipient or sender in the keyword search bar, located at the top of your screen. This will pull up all transactions made with them during the period. You can also apply filters with your search to sort the transactions even further.
