Monthly account statements are be available for download in your Novel dashboard.
Here's how to access and download your statements:
Log in to your Novel dashboard.
Locate the drop down arrow next to your name - this is in the bottom left corner of your dashboard.
Open the drop down menu by clicking the arrow, then click 'Documents'.
On the Documents page, you will be able to see your statements, along with the date they were issued, and account they are for.
To download a statement, simply click the download icon at the right of your screen. You can then save it or print to keep in your records.
